We loved our time at the hotel, thank you. Breakfast had a huge variety of food, including outstanding fresh bread and yogurt. The room was airy with exceptionally comfortable beds as requested. It was an absolutely perfect location short walk to the local restaurants, cafes, Lugano and the centre of Lugano.

a great stay. brand-new hotel, the staff were all amazingly helpful and outstandingly accommodating and the location was unbeatable up to the train station. we got a room with a bidet. appreciated a marble bathroom.

The food and service were outstanding, I appreciated it. In the morning I had meats, breads and yogurt. Quirky hotel, 0.5 miles from Agno airport. It was a really great stay, you could leave a car nearby.

So glad we choose it, it's good home base for staying in Lugano. Its deluxe queen room had modern furniture. Not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot.

Short drive to casino lugano. The location of hotel was prime. A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like Ristorante Manora that was only 5 minutes' walk away. The property was near the train station, you can walk 10 mins by foot...

Everything was fantastic.

Great staff, parco ciani close by. We dined at La Tinera, that is just 600 feet away. Lugano City-Centre neighborhood is worth looking into.
